I ate a chicken salad bowl with guacamole, corn salsa and brown rice. 30 minutes after I finished it I started getting a stomach ache then I had to run to the bathroom in pain. I started having diarrhea while vomiting at the same time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
