Woke up with a knotted stomach, diarrhea and extreme discomfort from chipotle on Gandy and Dale Mabry. They must’ve served me old steak.

Chicken Bowl Illness Alert

I ate a chicken salad bowl with guacamole, corn salsa and brown rice. 30 minutes after I finished it I started getting a stomach ache then I had to run to the bathroom in pain. I started having diarrhea while vomiting at the same time.
