On Thursday, July 6th I had a burrito bowl for lunch with carnitas, veggies, brown rice, mild and medium salsa, lettuce and guac. By dinner time i had severe stomach pain and nausea. I took pepto and tums but nothing worked. I spent the night in fetal position with a fever and severe stomach cramps. I fell asleep on the bathroom floor and woke up to diarrhea. Spent the next 24 hours not being able to tolerate any food. Could only tolerate tea and water. It wasn't until Saturday that I was able to eat something and even then it was only bread. Diarrhea didn't stop until Monday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
