I ate chipotle on Wednesday June 4th at around noon. I had a burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken, cheese, sour cream, black beans and lettuce. By the time I got home at around 3pm, I had horrific stomach pain and diarrhea. The diarrhea and abdominal pain have been relentless and has not stopped as of yet. If it does not stop soon, I will be seeing a doctor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
