I went to chipotle yesterday around 3 o’clock. I ordered a carnitas burrito with cheese, white rice, black beans, sour cream and lettuce. The morning after at 5 AM I woke up with a sharp pain and rushed to the toilet. While p**ping i reached for my trash can to simultaneously throw up. Afterward I went back to bed to wake up at 6:40 AM for work. I got to work around 7:30, got on a truck and went to the job site and arrived around 8:30. At my arrival i got out of the truck to begin vomiting again. Thinking i was stronger than this i continued working for 3 hours. Throughout this 3 hours of packing and taping boxes I had to use a customers restroom 11 times to vomit. I also had to use the restroom on 3 separate occasions to poop. Finally fed up I ordered an Uber to take me 30 miles to my car so I can go home. Halfway there as I speak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
