Sunday evening, May 29th, and still not completely well 5 days later., The only possibility is a burrito. Half consumed Saturday and half early Sunday evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Body Ache

Chicken Bowl Causes Illness

I had a chicken bowl, white rice, Mild, medium, hot, and corn salsa, cheese, and a side of carintas like usual. I only ate about half. I ate it around 8:30-9PM and woke up sick at 2:30-3AM  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
