I ate at chipotle on Nov 20, 2016. I had a chicken bowl with white rice, pinto beans, green medium salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. Within two hours I had abdominal pain, gas and nausea. Six hours later I was vomiting and had diarrhea. The next day I couldn't take the abdominal pain anymore and went to the ER. I reported the incident to Chipotle and while I did receive a phone call I didn't feel that this issue would be taken seriously. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
