I placed an order for delivery through Postmates for a chicken burrito with white rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream, corn salsa, and guacamole. About two hours after I ate my stomach started hurting. I went to the bathroom with a bit of diarrhea, and my stomach started intensely cramping. I went back to the bathroom maybe 10-15 minutes later. I was in the bathroom for around 30 minutes after that, and was doubled over with pain. The pain was so bad I thought I might need to go to the ER. I then broke out in a sweat and vomited - a lot. The stomach cramps improved a lot after that , but still continued through the night with a feeling like I had a fever/chills. I still have a bit of diarrhea and nausea this morning, but the stomach pain is almost gone now. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Diarrhea, Sweating
