- comments: must repair or replace worn door gasket on small reach in freezer. Must remove rust from walk in cooler shelving units.

- comments: must clean grease and food debris build up from pipes and interior parts of cooking equipment,prep coolers and freezers,prep tables.

- comments: must repair or replace leaky compressor in walk in cooler.
