- comments: observed two pans of raw chicken (thighs, legs, wings, breasts) at 47. 3f and three small pans chicken tenders at 46. 9f in walk-in cooler. Chicken was approximately 50lbs at a cost of $100. Manager voluntarily discarded. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed approximately 8-10 flies at the food prep area. Instructed food service manager to eliminate the fly activity. Contact pest control. Priority foundation violoation. Citation issued. 7-38-020 (a)

- comments: observed buildup of brown and black substance inside of ice machine. Instructed manager to clean sanitize and maintain.
