- comments: observed evidence of appx. 25 or more mice droppings on floor under shelving unit and along wallbase inside of walk in cooler and on floor behind prep cooler near drive-thru. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/11/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed a gap along bottom of west outter door must make door tight fitting to prevent rodent entry.

- comments: must clean grease and food debris build up from fryer unit and wheel bases,unused freezer,ice build up from reach in wall freezer shelving units.

- comments: must repair or replace damaged floor tiles throughout,stained & missing ceiling tiles in prep area and lobby. Must grout floor throughout including walk in cooler.
