Report date: Feb 7, 202438. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed rodent activity on premises. Found 40-50 mouse droppings on the floor under the storage shelves in the rear storage area, along the potato chip aisle and in storage area under shelves by the walk-in cooler. Instructed to clean all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection. Priority foundation violation citation 7-38-020(a) issued.

- comments: observed a 1 inch gap at bottom of front entrance door; instructed to raise threshole and provide a longer door sweep.

- comments: the door to the walk in cooler is in poor repair; instructed to repair door. (unit maintaining at proper temperature).

- comments: storage shelves on selling floor and behind front counter need cleaning; clean where needed.

- comments: observed leaking from the centere area of the faucet at the three comp sink; instructed to repair leak.

- comments: found unnecessary items in the exposed handsink in the rear dishwashing area; intructed to remove and maintain sink free of items. Found the utility sink obstructed in rear dishwashing area; instructed to ensure sink is accessible at all times for use.

- comments: the floors and walls around under and behind various equipment need cleaning; insructed to clean. Clean ceiling vents and interiors of light shields in food prep area. Clean floor inside of walk-in cooler.
