- comments: observed owner with dog inside the food establishment in customer dining area. Advised owner no live animals allowed on the premises. At this time owner removed dog from the premises. Priority foundation violation 7-40-060,citation issued.

- comments: observed slow draining hand sink at rear dishwashing 3-compartment sink area. Instructed to repair plumbing issue and maintain.

- comments: backflow prevention devices not located at hot water dispenser and coffee/espresso machine. Must install so backflow prevention devices may be located to be serviced and maintained.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and organize rear storage room/dishwashing 3-compartment sink area and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage and elevate stock items off the floor at least 6' off floor to facilitate cleaining.
