- comments: observed no clean-up items for vomiting and diarrhea must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: must provide hand washing signs at hand sinks in pre-k room 102 toilet room,1st fl. Boy's (north). 2nd fl. (girl's & boy's),3rd fl. (girl's).
36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: must replace broken thermometer in pre-k refrigerator.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings on floor in storage closet on serving line,on floor in dry food storage closet next to cabinet and in corner of storage rack,on floor behind chemical storage rack in mop sink closet. Must remove droppiings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 9/9/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must repair or replace worn gaskets on walk in freezer,both wall hot holding units.
