Suspect Lettuce, Severe Illness - Cook Out, Athens Georgia

I became violently ill a couple hours after eating cookout and it lasted all through the night and the morning. I ordered a tray with a double burger with everything add cheese and bacon, a walking taco and Cajun fries with a Diet Coke and strawberry shake. My husband ate there as well and didn't become sick. I ate lettuce and he did not so maybe that is the culprit? Or my burger or walking taco or something was very bad. I am still very sick today. I had diarrhea, committing many many times and chills/fever as well as a headache this morning. I am not able to eat yet and barely can drink fluids. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
