- comments: the menu does not disclose and inform consumers of the specific menu items that are raw or undercooked. Such as ceviche and burgers. Must disclose and remind customers of such food on the printed and virtual menus. Priority foundation violation.

- comments: noted a reduced oxygen packaging machine on site with assorted r. O. P. Foods throughout coolers dated 11-11-22 and no approved variance haccp plan on site for use of the machine.
