- comments: observed no written employee health policy on the premises. Management instructed to have a signed employee health policy for each employee. Priority foundation violation 7-38-010
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sink in front bar area. Must provide and maintain.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of prep tables in food preparation area. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.
43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: observed ice scoops stored on top of ice machine. Must properly store ice scoops in a clean container to prevent contamination.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed clutter and unnecessary items in basement. Mustremove unused and unnecessary items from the basement and store remaining items at least 6' off of the floor to prevent rodent harborage.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations not corrected from 10/26/2020 inspection #2453803 #51 backflow prevention devices not located at ice machine and utility mop sink. Must install so backflow prevention devices may be located to be serviced and maintained. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. No citation issued.
61. Summary report displayed and visible to the public
- comments: observed no inspection report summary posted on the premises. Management was given a copy of today's inspection report summary and was instructed to post it in view of all customers. Priority foundation 7-42-010(b).
