High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. A total of 68 rodent droppings found in dry storage room. Fifty on floor under soda bag in boxes and surrounding area. Eighteen found on top of soda bag in boxes. Dry storage room also contained: bags of rice, bags of sugar, beer, seasonings, single serve paper goods and plastic ware.
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken 57°f Manager moved to reach in. Potatoes 53°f corn on the cob 55°f ; discussed using time as a public health control **Corrective Action Taken**
