Closure Date: 01/03/2022Result: Suspend, Public. On site for compliance check. While on site observed multiple violations. Facility has fixed one pipe leak under 3 compartment sink, but made no other attempts to fix plumbing issues. Facility lacks hot water of at least 100F at all hand sinks and 3 compartment sink. Person in charge could not provide pest control records since last inspection. Necessary cleaning under and behind equipment has not been completed. Person in charge has not made agreed upon plumbing fixes discussed in last inspection.
Facility closed due to Imminent Health Hazard: No hot water, and repeat priority violations. Facility may not reopen without Health Department approval.
Priority Violations Found: 1. Observed no sanitizer or detergent dispensing from dish machine. Facility will call for refill to sanitizer refill. Wash, rinse, and sanitize in 3 compartment sink until dish machine is repaired to provide adequate dish detergent and sanitizer concentration.
Nonpriority Violations Found: 4. Observed the following: hot water at back hand wash sink at 92F, water at 3 compartment sink at 92F, water at men's hand sink 54F, water at women's restroom hand sink at 56F, and water at waitress station hand sink at 72F. Fix all sinks to provided water of at least 100F. Observed the following not marked for time as a control: egg rolls at 57F, fried chicken at 58F, pot stickers at 52F, crab Rangoon at 61F, Bourbon chicken at 79F, and fried chicken at 46F. Last date marked for time as a control was 12/28/2021.
Evidence of mouse droppings under and behind equipment. Clutter and cardboard throughout facility. Clean and eliminate harborage conditions. The following items are not in good repair: faucet at hand sink in women's restroom is loose, and back hand wash sink not attached to wall with caulking around.
