Spicy chicken sandwich with Lettuce,tomato,onion,pickle, cheese and bacon. My French fries where still frozen. I went there. It was about 12:20-12:30pm. I ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich with Lettuce,tomato,onion,pickle, cheese and bacon. Some of my French fries where still frozen/ and cold. So I just picked over the unfrozen ones instead. I enjoy eating there because of the freshness of the food. Unfortunately it was not so fresh this time around. My symptoms came out of now where around 6:00-6:30pm same day. I first started to feel very nauseous out of nowhere. Then I had an uncontrollable bowel movement that was diarrhea. It was awful. Then my body just felt so sore and I began to feel extremely tired and out of it. I feel asleep and when I woke up I had to run to the bathroom again. This time I had another uncontrollable bowel movement that was just as awful and runny. While I was on the toilet I had to grab a trash can because I was throwing up(vomiting) uncontrollably. I still have a headache and I have been getting the chills and sweats on and off all night. This morning I had another bowel movement that was runny. I am
