E. Coli from Undercooked Beef - Culver's, Spanish Fork Utah

IMPORTANT: E. COLI on may 23rd around 8pm, my family picked up culver's. i ate a cheeseburger at 9pm. at noon the next day, i was extremely fatigued and couldn't get out of bed. i started having diarrhea at 2pm, and this lasted the entire day. the next day, i had the most severe stomach pain i've ever had in my life. i couldn't move and i couldn't digest any food. that week i had 2 visits to the emergency room for severe pain and dehydration. after many labs, it was confirmed just this morning that i was positive for Shiga toxigenic E. Coli. this strain most commonly comes from undercooked beef. the only beef i had eaten before this happened was culver's..
