- comments: observed approximately 30 mouse droppings in rear storage room corners. Instructed person in charge to remove all mouse droppings, sanitize areas, and inform pest control of need for additional service. Observed approximately 20 live worms on floor of cabinet in drive thru prep area under drink station. Instructed person in charge to remove worms, sanitize areas, and maintain. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
