Suspected food poisoning from malt milkshake (butter cake & strawberry) or cheeseburger (with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayo). Today marks day 3 of inability to ingest any food or liquids without severe cramps or diarrhea. The only thing i ate on Friday was Culver’s and it almost immediately made me feel queasy after i was done. Not sure if there are issues with cleanliness but this is not the first time i have fallen ill from this location however this is the most severe illness i have had. Was not worth it to try this location again and will avoid in the future. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
