- comments: observed over 50 small flies throughout the facility, including in the bar area, in the kitchen area, and in the basement. Instructed manager to service all areas affected by pests. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed calcium build up in the ice machine. Instructed manager to clean.
