- comments: observed no metal stem food thermometer on site for measuring hot and cold tcs foods. Instructed manager to provide metal stem thermometer. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed over 50 small flies throughout the facility, including in the bar area, in the kitchen area, and in the basement. Instructed manager to service all areas affected by pests. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
