Report date: Jan 26, 202610. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no handwashing sink accessible to the front open food dispensing area. Instructed to provide an additional handwashing sink with hot and cold running water equipped with soap,and hand paper towels accessible to the front food dispensing area. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c), citation issued.

- comments: observed bulk containers in rear without a label. Instructed to provide the common name on all bulk containers to properly identify item (salt, sugar, flour etc).
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed open baked pastries for sale not properly protected from public contamination. Noted different types of bread/pastries in an open/exposed baking racks display for sale in the customer area. Instructed person in charge, all open foods (bread and pastries) for sale must be properly protected from contamination from the public (covered or stored inside the bread cabinets). (corrected on site - employee stored pastries inside the display bread cabinets). Priority violation 7-38-005, citation issued.

- comments: observed employee with no hair restraint in the food prep area. Instructed manager to provide hair restraints for all employees in the food prep area.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and organize the rear furnace room and remove unnecessary articles/equipments due to potential pest harborage and elevate mops,brooms cleaning equipments off the floor at least 6" inches to facilitate cleaning.
