- comments: observed no city of chicago certified food manager on site no certificate posted while serving time/temperature controlled foods including soups and burgers. Priority violation 7-38-012
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: front of house service bar that was licensed for customer self-service is now staffed by a bartender and does not have a handwash sink. Bar is no longer for customer self-service. Must install a plumbed handwash sink. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c).
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed in use low temperature dish machine not sanitizing and found at 0 ppm of chlorine. Machine was primed and repaired during inspection and detected 100 ppm during inspection. Priority violation 7-38-005
