- comments: front of house service bar that was licensed for customer self-service is now staffed by a bartender and does not have a handwash sink. Bar is no longer for customer self-service. Must install a plumbed handwash sink. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed in use low temperature dish machine not sanitizing and found at 0 ppm of chlorine. Machine was primed and repaired during inspection and detected 100 ppm during inspection. Priority violation 7-38-005
