Operator moved bucket to outside of establishment. 1 Live roach crawling on floor under dish machine. Operator killed and sanitized area during inspection. 1 live roach crawling on floor under Conserv freezer by exit door in dry storage area. Cook line is in a separate room from ware washing area and storage room.
High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength.
High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored.
