- comments: observed no thermometer provided in the beverage cooler where milk is stored. Management instructed to provide a thermometer in all coolers where tcs foods are stored.

- comments: the outside garbage area is not maintained clean. There is excessive garbage and debris along the fenceline of the parking lot, around the garbage dumpsters and beneath the mobile trailer office located next to the mechanic garage. There are large miscellaneous car parts stacked against the outside walls of the premises and around and under the mobile trailer. Management instructed to clean and maintain the outside garbage area at all times to prevent rodent harborage conditions. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.

Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppinsg from all affected areas and have the premises inspected by a licensed pest control company. Priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
