- comments: still observing evidence of numerous rat and mice droppings (100+) scattered in chip display boxes,on floor behind chip display rack and on top of rodenticide boxes in same area,on floor mixed in with debris near rear man door,on rear storage shelves,behind all reach in coolers and freezers along wall ,dog food aisle and unidentifiable feces on 2nd fl. Electrical storage as well as a strong urine smell on premises. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 11/7/22. (priority 7-38-020(a)

- comments: inspector comments: observed food storage items and bins stored on floor throughout rear storage area must elevate articles off of floor 6".

- comments: inspector comments: must clean debris & dust build up from display shelves on sales floor,service counter cashier booths, interior of reach in coolers & freezers.
