- comments: observed improper cold holding temperatures of tcs foods inside of the walk-in-cooler: observed prepackaged individual containers of caramel flan at improper temperature ranging from 44. 0f-45. 1f. Management voluntarily discarded approximately 10#'s of food worth $50. 00. Priority violation 7-38-005,citation issued.

- comments: observed a pest infestation throughout the premises. At this time of inspection observed over 1000 rodent (mice) droppings on and underneath the food display shelves/aisles and non-food isles and inside the water meter room and interiors of access panels where electrical cords etc. Are stored located at front cash registers throughout. Instructed to detail clean and remove all rodent (mice) droppings and sanitize all affected areas. Pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority violation 7-38-020(a), citation issued.

- comments: observed no licensed pest control logbook available on premises. Instructed to provide a pest control log book with all required documents( contract/service agreement, service report, chemicals used etc. ) priority foundation violation 7-38-020 (c),citation issued.

- comments: instructed to detail clean food shelves throughout the food aisles and maintain.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and organize the rear stock room and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage and elevate stock items at least 6' off the floor/wall for easier cleaning and maintain.
