Steak fajitas, Me and my boyfriend went to go eat last weekend on Saturday night. I got full quickly and so did he. I ordered steak fajitas with the macaroni and fries. He ordered chicken pieces with macaroni and fries. During the night i kept burping but thought nothing of it. The food tasted good. The next day I ate something different and my bf ate my leftovers and his from the night before since there was a lot of food left. On Monday i woke up with a severe headache but I had to go to work. I went to work and I had chills all day also a fever of 102. I got tested for flu and it came back positive. I went home an hour early due to me having the flu. At night I had diarrhea and vomiting non stop. I went to the ER on Wednesday and got diagnosed with viral gastroenteritis. Fast foward to today I no longer have the flu (finished my meds) but I still have diarrhea, nausea and chills. I have been following the BRAT diet which i can only tolerate the bananas and applesauce but not the toast or rice they tend to gross me out. I have tried eating chicken noodle/rice soup but last night i ate some and today i woke up nauseous again. Today I've been drinking water and gatorade | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Headache, Chills, Fever, Burping
