- comments: observed rodent activity in prep area on the side of the stove and in corner of behind stove. Approx. 20-25 droppings noted. Observed droppings in dry storage area under all storage shelves. Approx 10-15 droppings noted. Instructed to clean, sanitize and maintain free of droppings. Priority foundation 7-38-020(c) observered house fly and small fly activity in food prep area, storeage area and dining area. Priority violation 7-42-090
