- comments: found some faucet handles do not stay on the minimum of 20 seconds during handwashing in some student washrooms; instructed to adjust faucets where needed.

- comments: found rodent activity on premises. Observed 25 or more mouse droppings on the floor behind and on the side of the stove in the kitchen; instructed to clean area and maintain. Priorty foundation violation 7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed two large bugs on the floor (one in a glue board and one not) by the stove in the kitchen. Observed an odor of a dead rodent coming from a bait box in the kitchen storage room underneath the shelf; instructed to remove bugs and rodent box. Corrected on site.

- comments: instructed to clean the floors around, under and behind kitchen equipment where needed and maintain.
