- comments: observed about 15 live small flies flying around the donut display and on the walls and ceiling of the front food prep/customer dining area. Instructed to eliminate live insect activity, clean and sanitize affected areas, and recommend contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed the side entrance door with a one-inch gap in between doors. Instructed to make said door tight fitting and rodent proofed.

- comments: observed a minor leak behind the toilet bowl in the toilet room. Instructed to repair.
