- comments: observed several live small flies on walls in the food prep area behind the front service counter, and on walls around the dish washing area. Instructed to remove flies, clean and sanitize the affected areas, contact pest control for service and maintain. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed the three compartment sink not maintained; pipes is leaking when water is drained from the 3 compartment. Instructed management to get drainage system serviced. Priority foundation 7-38-025. Citation issued.

- comments: observed accumulated food debris on interior surfaces of cooking equipment, prep tables, reach in coolers, and shelving units. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
