- comments: observed ice cream stored on floor in walk-in freezer. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.

- comments: observed food spills and debris on interior and exterior surfaces of beverage machines, prep tables, shelving units, donut display, coolers, and freezers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
