On Jun 5th 2023 Had a sweet pepper bacon and egg sandwich on a bagel with cheddar, an iced coffee with oatmilk and liquid cane sugar, and two Boston Cream Donuts and within hours my stomach was severely upset and then I experienced vomiting followed by extreme liquid diarrhea which lasted all and fay and for the entire night. Had no other food yesterday because of how upset my stomach was. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
