- comments: observed hot running water temperature at hand sinks in pre-k 109 toilet room at 94. 5f and classroom at 95. 0f must have at 100. 0f. Must repair and maintain. (priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 35 or more mice droppings on floor and shelving units amongst clutter & wall conduit,desk along wall in pre-k room 101 closet and pre-k 109 closet-on floor and along wall base behind articles and on top of bait box. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 2/14/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must remove rust from milk walk in cooler shelving units.
