Instructed to repair or replace and maintain. #49-instructed to clean the following and maintain: interior bottom of fryers to remove grease, exterior surfaces of fryers and grill, underneath grill, bottom of prep table. Clean the interior of refrigeration unit in prep area and reach in freezer where fish is stored. #55-some unnecessary items found in the unused walk-in cooler; instructed to remove to avoid clutter. #55-instructed to clean floors and walls around under and behind cooking equipment, floor in washroom, floor behind refrigeration units and freezers. Clean vent fan on washroom ceiling to remove dust. #56-observed 2 burnt out light bulb in the prep area. Instructed to replace. #58-observed no allergen training on site at time of inspection.
