16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed a slight debris accumulation encrusted on the interior of the ice machine. Must remove debris, detail clean inside ice machine/have serviced and maintain ice machine at all times.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 30 rodent(mice droppings)on floors underneath the dry storage racks in dry storage room next to the kitchen prep area. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize and remove all rodent droppings from affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a).

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed litter/debris and junked materials on ground in outside garbage compactor enclosure. Instructed to detail clean and better maintain due to potential pest harborage engineer made aware.

- comments: instructed to detail clean floors in walk-in-cooler to remove mold-like build-up and maintain.

56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: instructed to detail clean the kitchen exhaust hood/filters to remove excessive dusts build-up and maintain.
