- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks in girls first floor washroom (60. 1f-71. 6f, boys first floor washroom (81. 7f), unisex staff washroom 111c (64. 2f), pre-k washroom 122 (82. 7f), pre-k washroom 130 (87. 1f), third floor boys washroom (75. 1f-83. 9f). Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed over 20 mice droppings scattered on floor in corner and under table near entrance doors, on floor near sanitizer and towel dispenser, on floor along walls and under shelving near cleaning pads. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
