- comments: noted heavy grease and food debris build up on all cooking and kitchen equipment in the prep area, as well as on the three compartment sink. Instructed management to detail clean all equipment and maintain.

- comments: noted grease and dirt build up on the walls and floors throughout the front and rear kitchen areas. Instructed management to remove all dirt and debris and detail clean/sanitize said areas.

- comments: found the wall base strip peeling off the west wall in the kitchen area. Instructed management to reattach wall base and maintain.

- comments: instructed management to repair and seal all open seems, cracks, and holes in the walls throughout the kitchen so that they are smooth and cleanable.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: noted previous priority foudation violation not corrected from report #2556556 on 6/1/22: violation #38 (6-501. 111) observed 5 live cockroaches in the rear food prep area around the 3 compartment sink and near the bottom of a storage table. Instructed management to remove all roaches and activity, clean/sanitize affected areas, and to contact pest control for additional service. Cockroach activity still observed throughout the kitchen today 6/8/22. Observed over 25 live cockroaches in the following areas: along the baseboard behind the 2-door prep cooler and flat top grill, behind the sofa bench in the rear kitchen, and underneath and on the prep table adjacent to the walk-in cooler. Instructed management to correct previous priority foundation violations. Priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
