- comments: 4-101. 19 observed exposed insulation on the inside of the door of the 1 door prep cooler at the end of the prep line. Management instructed to cover the interior of the door with a smooth and easily cleanable surface.

- comments: 6-501. 11 observed sections of the ceiling in disrepair at the front service prep area in front of the cook's line. Management instructed to repair the ceiling drywall in this area.

- comments: 6-303. 11 inadequate lighting is provided above the 3 compartment sink in the dishwashing room. Replace the burnt out lightbulbs.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation not corrected from inspection report# 2463410 issued on 12-07-2020. Priority violation 7-42-090 citation issued #10 - 5-204. 11 observed no additional exposed hand washing sink at the food prep line that is convenient to use. Management instructed to install an additional exposed hand washing sink on the opposite end of the food prep line supplied with hot and cold running water and soap and paper towels. (issued 2 day notice)
