Inspectors found several significant food safety violations during the inspection, and citations were issued. A handwashing sink near the cook line did not have soap. The high-temperature dish machine was not sanitizing properly because its final rinse temperature reached only 130°F, below the required range, and it was tagged and held for inspection.

Inspectors also found multiple foods being held too warm in the walk-in cooler and cook line prep coolers, including shrimp, tzatziki sauce, beef, salmon, and short rib. About 100 pounds of food valued at approximately $1,000 was discarded. The walk-in cooler and two prep coolers were also running at improper temperatures and were tagged and held for inspection.

Additional issues included no irreversible thermometer available to verify dish machine sanitizing temperatures and black slime buildup inside an ice machine used to provide ice for cooling.
