High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 1 live roach crawling on freezer behind in kitchen area, 1 live roach on floor in front of walk-in cooler, 3 live roaches crawling in air conditioning storage room. Observed 1 live roach on stove in bakery area. Operator exterminated live roach on freezer and live roach under walk-in cooler door. - From follow-up inspection 2022-09-27: No live activity observed at time of inspection.
