- comments: 6-501. 111 observed about 10 rodent droppings located along the wall behind the cooking equipment and on top of a storage container in the prepared hot foods area. Instructed to eliminate rodent activity, clean and sanitize affected areas, and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).

- comments: 4-601. 11(c) observed excessive food and grease debris in the interior of the fryers located in the prepared foods prep area, observed accumulated raw meat debris on the meat slicers and meat grinder located in the raw meat walk-in cooler/prep area. Instructed to clean and sanitize all.
