Report date: Jan 10, 20245. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no adequate supplies (disposable mop, disposable latex gloves, disposable mask, and adequate sanitizer *must eliminate norovirus*) on site to properly clean up any vomit or diarrhea events that can potentially occur inside of the establishment. Instructed to provide adequate supplies for vomit and diarrhea clean up. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005 citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approx 20-30 droppings under sales shelves and along wall bases in back room. Instructed manager to clean, sanitize and contact pest control for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: employee coffee/eating area table in need of detail cleaning to remove all food spills and build up. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: interior of reach in coolers and freezers in need of detail cleaning to remove all food spills and build up. Instructed to clean and maintain all coolers.

- comments: observed outside garbage area in poor condition. Garbage and unnecessary articles on ground around dumpster. Dumpter with lids not tight fitting due to garbage coming out of container. Unused sales displays on ground not in dumpster. Instructed to have all garbage off ground and in container at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) citation issued

- comments: all clutter and unneccessary articles in back storge room and additional storage room must be roomed and or organized. Correct and maintain.
