Ordered from restaurant through GrubHub. Ordered hamburger, medium, with fried egg and bacon. Had smoked paprika mayo with my French fries. Also ate the salsa Verde. I ate this at 10pm and started having digestion issues around midnight. I've now had 3 rounds of diarrhea over the course of 2 1/2 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
