- comments: previous priority foundation violation from report # 2595336 5/29/24 not corrected #38-6-501. 111 : still observed evidence of appx. 200 or more mice and rat droppings on floor in dining area under table, near dish storage shelving units, on floor along wall bases of prep table and 3- compartment sink & grease trap, on staircase leading to basement,on floor in basement amongst clutter,on & on top of food storage containers,inside & on topof massive clutter ,along wall bases on floor throughout. Also observed black netting appears to have been gnawed on in basement must repair & maintain. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize area. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 6/4/24. (priority 7-42-090)(citation issued)
