- comments: observed evidence of 2- live roaches crawling on floor and wall base and entered into a gap in lower wall base in paper goods storage area ,noticed the roaches while doing the inspection checking to make sure that there were no evidence of mice droppings in areas that was previously noted on report ,all areas were cleaned. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 8/30/23. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
